Thank you for your interest in an applying for a certification with us. We ask all applicants to fill out the form below. Keep in mind, that by submitting the information below you are allowing us to republish the form contents in part or in whole. The amount of information you supply us is directly related to the level of certification we award.

Please Read
Once we receive your information, we'll visit your website and conduct necessary reviews. This may involve sending in a support email/ticket, asking questions to staff, and more.

Please allow up to two weeks for certifications. If for some reason we cannot complete our review, we'll email you and explain the issue.

If you have been turned down
You may re-apply no sooner than one week from being turned down, provided you made noticeable improvements to your support system and website.

Expedited Process
In a hurry? With our expedited process, we guarantee you will have an answer within five days. Note: This does not guarantee certification, just a speedy review. Please check the box at the end of the form to select this option. To cover the costs of this option, you will be charged a fee of $10 payable by PayPal immediately after submission.
