What can I say? I am dissapointed and angry at the 'lack' of whatsoever support upon a massive downtime which I just found out, affecting not just my site but others as well.

Previousy Mogutou had been a good host, but come June and my site suddely went offline, I can't reach em anymore, not MSN, not email, no thru support ticket, not even when I call up their support mobile line coz they just don't want to pick up the phone.
