A host recently took advantage of me who is certified by you, what should I do? - First make all reasonable attempts to solve the situation. We will make attempts to contact the host and get their perspective on the situation. If the host refuses to cooperate with our mediation, their certification may be affected. Although we can never guarantee we will resolve all situations, we will certainly assist where we can.

If your hostility with a web host must be resolved through the legal system, we cannot assist you. Our staff acts only as mediators. We are not lawyers or arbitrators. You should contact an attorney to assist you.
