available. Below are the guidelines of the level three certification.
1. Response time - Within 24 hours
2. Knowledgeable staff - The company's staff has a
limited understanding of industry terms and standards. They are direct and
clear when answering questions, and demonstrate professionalism.
3. Support Mediums - This company has at least one
or more support mediums.
4. Website - The company's website must be accessible
and somewhat informative.
5. Company Appearance - Appearance of the company's
website should be professional, and demonstrate limited effort on behalf
of the company.
